Kathy George and Janice Smith have planned the menus for Dec; Feb;March and April for next season. You will notice that we have not included Nov. The Board wishes to have a potluck in Nov. as it is the first meeting of the season and often has a low attendance. If you remember, I think we had 67 last November. We have not held a potluck for sometime and replaced it with the Pizza Party in January some years ago. Therefore, our contract with Sweet Peas would include meals for Dec. 7; Feb 1;March 1; and April 5.
We have suggested the following menus:
Dec.; Roast Pork Tenderloin, Baked Sweet Potatoes,Green BeansGarden Salad, Corn Bread and Carrot Cake
Feb.; Chicken Marsala, Mashed Potatoes, Glazed Carrots, Caesar Salad, Wheat Rolls, Pineapple Upside Down Cake
March: Traditional Corned Beef Dinner, Soda Bread and Lemon Squares.
April: Penne Pasta with Peas & Asparagus with Grilled Chicken.Caesar Salad, Bread Sticks and Strawberry Cheese Cake
